HAHAHAA. i was relieved? i think. coz we had to run A LOT. haahaha. 7.2km!!! VERY HARD!!! thurs: TREKKING TRIP! haha damn boring though. HAHAHAA. then went home? fri: DANCE. im officially performing for YOG!!! heehee. trainings are on mon, wed and fri mornings. haha i miss dancing my head off like last time. LOL. and the instructor sees me as very strong and black. HAHAHAHA. damn funny la. i think he looks like a mouse. LOL dont tell him i said tht. LOL. today:WUSHU!!! damn fun. but in the middle my hip suddenly DAMN pain. i cant even go down in ma bu and gong bu. argh. then i flip also dint do well. freehand cart wheel also dint. argh. i hope thisk dont happen in any competition or YOG PERFORMANCE!! omgomg. haha on youtube now, BYEBYE!.

LOL. his sorta weird. and creeepy.. dontcha think so? hehee. training was not bad. 1st we did active warm up, then we jogged quite fast for 15 mins. whew damn tiring. after tht, in think, we did ballwork. i paired up with jianing. heehe. heehee. ei wait? no, before ballwork, we did conditioning. AHAHA. jana almost got killed when julie heard her say tht! HAHAHA :X anyways, the movie is called 'JULIE & JULIA' some cooking show. quite okay la, soso. the combo was damn cool la the drink cup got one wobbly witch hat on top, coz its almost HALLOWEEN. zomg! and the popcorn was in a cauldron or however you spell it. those witch cooking pots where they make soup. haha. then we went to naomi's house to play volleyball and basketball!;D but evveryone kena bitten by DENGUE MOZZIES.
